    The acceleration of digital transformation in organizations plays a critical role in supporting business processes and selecting appropriate technologies to address organizational challenges and issues. Currently, blockchain technology has garnered significant attention among practitioners and academics due to its versatile applications. This study aims to analyze the factors influencing the adoption of blockchain technology at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan using the technology-organization-environment (TOE) framework model to map the determinants of blockchain technology adoption. The analysis is conducted through a structural equation modelling (SEM) approach. The research results from 150 respondents indicate that technology, organization and environment have a significant and positive impact on the adoption of blockchain technology. However, organizational culture does not have a moderating effect on this study. Additionally, the study examines the effects of blockchain technology adoption on organizational performance. In order to successfully adopt blockchain technology, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan need to consider technological, organizational and environmental factors. Moreover, collaboration with organizations that have already adopted blockchain technology and partnerships with educational institutions to explore the full potential of this technology are recommended.     Analysis of Inspection Scheduling on Free Spanning Subsea Pipeline Using Risk Based Inspection (RBI) Method

    The subsea pipeline system of PT. X located at north of West Java transports natural gas with 19 kilometers long and 16 inches standard pipe size. The rough seabed causes free span problem. The system will be threatened by a structural failure of fatigue due to Vortex Induced Vibration (VIV) and local buckling as the effects of free span. In this Final Project, a total of 136 free spans on subsea pipeline system due to the uneven seabed are analyzed. The screening will be done for spans with length and diameter ratio more than 30 to figure out the free span which pass the screening and know the risk level of the subsea pipeline due to free span. The result for fatigue screening due to VIV, spans with a length more than 25 meters did not pass the screening. Local buckling occurred at the longest free span with a length of 62 meters. The level of risk to structural failure caused fatigue due to VIV has the highest level in terms of business and the environment, namely in the medium category. The level of risk to local buckling failures for safety, environmental, and business terms was in low category

    Jaringan pipa bawah laut PT. X terletak di utara Jawa Barat, yang mengaliri fluida gas alam dengan menggunakan pipa berukuran 16" sepanjang 19 Km. Dikarenakan Kontur dasar laut yang tidak merata mengakibatkan pipa mengalami permasalahan bentangan bebas. Hal ini menyebabkan jaringan pipa bawah laut terancam mengalami kegagalan kelelahan struktur akibat VIV dan local buckling. Dalam Tugas Akhir ini pipa bawah laut milik PT. X terdapat 136 bentangan bebas yang terjadi akibat permukaan dasar laut yang tidak merata. Sehingga perlu dilakukan screening untuk bentangan bebas pada pipa yang memiliki rasio L/D > 30 untuk mengetahui bentangan bebas mana yang tidak lolos screening, dan mengetahui tingkat risiko pipa bawah laut PT. X dalam menghadapi permasalahan bentangan bebas. Hasilnya untuk screening kelelahan akibat VIV, pipa yang mengalami bentangan bebas dengan panjang lebih dari 25 meter tidak lolos screening, sedangkan untuk local buckling terjadi pada bentangan bebas terpanjang, dengan panjang 62 meter. Untuk tingkat risiko pada kelelahan struktur akibat VIV memiliki nilai tertinggi dilihat daari segi bisnis dan lingkungan, yaitu pada kategori medium.
